There is no single Centrelink payment available just because someone lives in Darwin. You may be able to claim payments such as JobSeeker, Family Tax Benefit or the Age Pension, depending on your income, assets, residency and personal circumstances. Rent Assistance may also be assessed if you receive an eligible payment and pay rent, but Darwin’s cost of living does not automatically increase your base payment.
