You can apply for Family Tax Benefit (FTB) online through your myGov account linked to Centrelink. Select Make a claim, choose Families, and provide details about your children, care arrangements, family income estimate and partner, along with any requested documents. You generally need to claim by 30 June after the financial year you are claiming for, and Services Australia will assess your circumstances.
