Sign in to myGov and link your Centrelink service if you have not already done so, using your Centrelink Customer Reference Number (CRN). Open Centrelink, select “Make a claim”, choose the payment or concession you are seeking, and follow the prompts to provide your details and upload any requested documents. You can save a claim and return to it later, but check the submission deadline shown by Services Australia.
